If they can move out Mrazek, Holl and Kerfoot, re-up Engvall and Kase on line 3 and fill the 4th line with new/better 800-900k vets they'd have about 11.5M to sign a starting goalie and replace Kerfoot with a new/better winger for that 2nd line.

I think Holl and Kerfoot have value in swaps. Mrazek is the unknown. Worst case scenario they can buy him out and they'd be down to 10.5M to spend.

Campbell = ?? 3.5 - 4.5 per??

I could see them comfortably having 5-7M to spend on that new winger.
