Sad news regarding Brock Boeser’s dad this morning. Posted by his mom.

- Pacificgem

Sad to hear, maybe Brock will come back this Season without this worry on His mind.

Enjoying all these trades where we trade Miller on an expiring contract for a top 10 pick to a team that has no hope of competing or resigning him. Glad to see that nothing has changed in a month. Cheers 👍🏻

FFS

The roster of that team if anyone is curious. The only players you can eliminate are the college guys as it is stated they were all CHL players.

I can't think of anything worse than being stuck in a remote work camp for weeks on-end.

Work is crazy busy & missing out while car is in the shop. Cost me a 10 day gig 1/2 way to the Hat. Big money & driving time saved out the window. Cannot fill calls on 4-5 jobs. Young ppl could cash in but I find they don’t like money & the paid travel/hotels to earn it. I just don’t get it lol.

Is $2.5-3k/week take home not enough incentive or am I missing something? Don’t work all year so there are plenty of breaks.

Yeah but how many hours a day? Unless you're working 12 hours a day or more there's still time to get at least 9 holes in rather than being in a hotel room.

Aren't you retired? No days off for 9 weeks?

You need some time off, a couple of days here and there as well as some shorter days.

10hr days but told they’ll go to work 12’s nearer to the end. Happens all the time but it’s optional.

I get out & only crash in my room Idc to live in it lol

Not retired yet but closing in on it just setting us up to call it quits. Then only take a few short jobs fir cash & break up the year. It’s 6-10’s scheduled & I’m in good health. 10’s go by quick & time to relax. Generally only work 17-20 weeks in a year. Plenty of time off especially from November to February.

Your daily reminder that Ottawa ADDED a 2nd round pick with Mika Zibanejad in order to acquire… Derick Brassard

Since that day:

Zibanejad: 174G, 391PTS
Brassard: 82G, 196PTS

——————————————————————-

That was a really bad trade
