No, I know what i got in Krebs and haven't seen his full all out yet, Fiala will cost at least 8 a year and he's on a good team. Didn't do much with the Preds when he was there.

I would really have to think about it. Krebs I don't think will ever be a 30 goal scorer, but I think he has the better play making ability.

Well what we do know, is that if he doesn’t tear his Achilles, he very well would have been a top 10ish pick in what looks to be a very strong draft class.

His last full season in the WHL he won MVP and was in a tier of his own.

His AHL production at his age signals a top 6 forward at the NHL level.

His play with the Sabres was hit or miss, micro stats left a lot to be desired, but he had jaw dropping playmaking ability.

His floor is what Mitts is now, his ceiling could very well be Briere for all we know.

I believe Fiala had 23 goals and 25 assists during his 21 year old season with Nashville.

Krebs just had 7 goals and 15 assists at the same age.

The Sabres know what he and Mitts are, not 8 mill a year players.

Not disagreeing with you but it's the Sabres and Adams is a different kind of GM then Murray or Botterill and the situation is different then before also.

Yeah we have a good group of young player and do t have the elite talented player and probly won’t get one
