Lekkerimaki at 16 would be legit. - TheSabresTaco
I've only seen him around 10. Not sure he makes it that far. Hes got high offensive upside. Makes plays happen

I'd even think about 9 in certain scenarios. Still putting Savoie above him.

I thought he had term left. Not sure why lol - DirtyDan
Still dont understand the original objection which was better, not cheaper.
With more term at $3.7 his value would be much higher given his performance over many years.
Confusing. |

If Savoie is there you take him for sure.
In an earlier post I said I liked Lekker at 9 and you could pair Rutger or a Kasper at 16 for size. But if we don't take him at 9 Filip Mesar should be there at 16. Hes a bit smaller but man the kid flys and has some sweet hands.

Hmmm, one actually plays in the NHL and continues to develop.
The other is a prospect who has serious questions about playing for your team and has the Avenue to leave easily.

I don't see the hype in the #'s. He played good on good teams and bad on bad teams. and I thought he had 2 years on his contract left.
Not sure why ppl are clamoring over him. Ullmark has those #'s and people think hes garbage.

I was asking about perceived value , in your eyes. (If there still open)
#elmers34 😀
What made you change the prospect? - Boss34
You refer to Asplund as a Prospect.
I refer to him as a de vloping PLAYER.
Not sure how much I need to explain that IF Johnson is intent to bolt for LA that Johnsons value drops significantly.
Jonnson's value without the intent to bolt via UFA isn't as a 32nd pick any more...it is higher to likely Top 4 Dman based on his last 2 years of development. With the intent to bolt, it is of a 65th pick...that is what Guerin must value him at.
That 65th pick at the time of the selection will have a low CV probability of being an NHLer.
Changing the prospect increases the trade value, as I just don't believe Fiala will return the value of 28th and 65th.

Depends, and I'm asking not telling, is he the same coach who used to spend every other press conference telling us Donald Trump was a Russian plant, or was that the idiot from San Antonio or was it both? I have no respect for anyone who pushed that lie for three years and cheered on two impeachments of a POTUS for funsies. None whatsoever. Those people are tantamount to traitors who did their best to cause a civil war in this country, and most assuredly added to the psychosis of our nation that leads to these shootings.
Either way, ain't nothing changing in America. Since Columbine we've spent an entire generation perfecting mass murder video games to the point they're so real you can't tell the difference between a video game and a youtube clip of a real massshooting. Why would any society do that? No sane one would. Meanwhile, there's more guns than people in America, and our law enforcement institutions from the FBI to your local PD have nowhere near the respect and admiration of the public they had a generation ago, nor do they deserve it.
If you're single without kids my advice is to hire a lawyer and emigrate the hell out of this sick place. - lacaprup

Beyond the top few not to sure. Would do use some good to have these guys a couple years away.
We'll need ELC's when we sign Dahlin and the others to bigger deals.

That's an interesting point.
Drafting guys that need a little longer to develop probably slip a little in the rankings.
Might be a gm killer though. Fired before the player actually plays in the nhl ? |

Whos going to be the best player in 3 -5 years when all these guys are playing. That's who I want.
