Yep, pesky facts.

Are there any coaching candidates out there that don’t prioritize “puck possession”.
Why even write or talk about that. Who is going to say “you know we’d like to have the puck but it’s not up there on our priority list” - Just5
We can’t seem to find that coach…
we continue with dump and chase without the talent to handle that scheme.
Not even sure we have people to carry pucks up ice. |

While I fully expect Attard and Zamula to get NHL time next season, for planning purposes, I hope it looks more like this.
Zamula-Attard
Ginning-Wylie
Hogberg-Zech
Millman - NC Flyers Fan
With the lack of cap space, and injury concerns for not just Ellis but Risto, I tend to think Attard will get a lot of NHL games next season.

The will have at least 1 vet. As they probably should. Wont be shocked in the least if hogberg goes back to Europe. Also wont be shocked if Zamula is traded. - hello it's me 2050
You have a real talent for not being shocked.

If he hadn't been a 2nd round pick, I am not positive he'd have been signed, no. But he was good in the playoffs for FBK, and that probably clinched it on top of where he was drafted and his size. - bmeltzer
This GM and leadership team should have no allegiance to the previous GMs draft picks.

The number doesn't matter as it wont change anything I have said nor will it change what has been said about Ginning. As I said more than you
He is low level prospect who did not really progress in 4 years over in Sweden. The guys has rarely been talked about by the flyers organization any way. Why is that you think? Had he been a lower rd pick they likely do not sign him. They see size and get a big boner. That being said There is no risk in signing him at this point. Just another in a long line of likely wasted picks by the prior regime.

Yeah, it really shouldn't come into their thinking.
The positive thing is that since he's already 22, the ELC is only for two years. |

why would there be concerns about the health of RR? Less this year he really hasn't missed any time.

He had three separate injuries, missed 16 games and was still hurt when the season ended. His whole game is based on throwing his weight around, and he'll be 28 years old in October starting a five year deal. Only a dullard wouldn't be concerned. |

he has no prior history of being injured. Not a concern to me. This whole he throws his weight around stuff is so overblown along with his physicality. Only a paranoid individual would be concerned.

Those Panthers sure looked unimpressive last night. In fact, they really haven't looked all that impressive during this playoff run. These Cats used up 7 of their lives to get by the Caps and easily could have lost that series with a few bounces of the puck going against them. Ruh Roh! The bloom has come off the rose. - Phillywhiteout
Fully agree. I had them and Tampa getting to round 2, and have Tampa going to round 3. |

Here you go again. I didn't miss your point. You seem to have a complex with the Flyers drafting anyone with size. Ginning isn't that big. Go take a look at the Tampa Bay Lightning defense. They're huge. |

Not sure where you get I have an issue with the drafting anyone with size as that is 100% false.
The flyers organization is infatuated with size. Doesn't matter if you are a good hockey player. That is secondary. I am sure you and other flyer fans will disagree.
Bogo 6’2 – 200
Cernak 6’3 – 230
Ryn mac 6’1 215
Sergachev 6’3 215
Ginning 6'3 or 4 not sure weight wise. So if he isn't that big then what is he compared to Tampa's size?
obviously hedman is a giant.
