Guentzel is an amazing player. That goal was sick. They also told the coaches, I assume in all series, that any goal like that that is close on the waive off borderline, will count. Perfect example. I thought it was high but bias obviously
- Slimtj100

yeah for sure. sick goal but it could have gone either way. i dont think the refs decided last nights game, or the series overall really.

Was the trouba hit a momentum changer? sure but bottom line it was still 3 to 1 with multiple leads in close out spots. When you have that many chances, you sort of forfeit the ability to point to any one thing and cry wolf.

I dont think the pens played poorly by any stretch. there were some clunker series in this era where i was disgusted. the loss is sour but i'm proud of them. both teams played their balls off, and while i think the pens skaters had the better of it overall, the goalie is part of the team too unfortunately.

I have no interest in charts or graphs or whatever the (frank) a win o meter is supposed to mean. could play that series 100 times and get the opposite result 97 percent of the time. but the one that matters is the result in real life not in a pie chart. thats hockey. thats what makes the game so great when youre in that 1 percent. but for someone to experience that high, by default there needs to be someone stuck chewing on the corresponding low.

The chart people think you can quantify everything in life. They are going to be disappointed.

Speaking of this though, i don't know how people buy and eat gas station or 7/11 sushi. How desperate do you have to be to risk it all on that

He was an assistant for Trotz with Washington and the Islanders so it's basically just a promotion.

Hes trots right hand man. He was with him in Washington, I’m not sure if he was in Nashville. It makes sense if he’s the hire since it’s the same system they’ll still play

I still don’t think it was a wise decision but (frank) em

That would be kind of cool. I don't hate Vegas like everyone else seems to at this point.

So you gut a younger Trotz. Should be not very interesting at all.
