Completely agree.

Have some wind in their sails now and need to carry that momentum into Wednesday.

GG better be scheming up a new plan of attack that they can bring to Carolina.

it's gonna be great having Tyler Motte from game 1

I watched the 6am to 8am broadcast while switching with Boomer and Gio

Boomer must have been psyched!

Out of all the free agents, Rangers have to find a way to keep Motte. Just a perfect playoff 4th line player. Since he has come back he has really sparked them. Can't wait till hopefully him and Goodrow are both out there together

I still can't believe that puck found it's way in, I have watched it so many times, there was like a 3 inch spot in that maze of players in front of Jarry that it had to go through to go into the net and thats where Panarin put it
- jimbro83

Yup. I thought it went in on the right side of Jarry. I had no idea it went in the left side until the replay. I was like "How?"

Can’t lie I almost wished Trouba got suspended for game 7 lol, he almost single Handedly cost them last night

He’s been better this year but he makes the most mistakes on the team hands down. And that includes nemeth

He’s been super passive in front the net. Like stick checking allllll the time. So frustrating

His speed is huge.

If we can match the Canes north-south speed, and even take a page out of the Pens book in slowing the game down a bit in the neutral zone…anything can happen

Trouba's been making mistakes but, they couldn't live without him and the minutes he eats back there

Only reason I say that is because I think it was game 5 he couldn’t even beat Friedman to a loose puck. Like he had no jump
- Slimtj100

I think it was just a combination of him frustrated, Pitt giving him no room, and some really bad decision making on his part. Hopefully he got all that out of the way.

Rangers need to put their big boy pants on now. If they think Pitt was relentless in the Rangers end, Carolina is even more so. Quick passes out their own end, only way to beat their forecheck.

I was thinking that last night. I think my order is Copp, Motte, Vatrano with Motte being the most likely.

I couldn’t stand Rust all series, but if not Copp he would be a perfect RW for this team. But lets leave those convos for the off-season. Which, isn’t today because the Rangers just (frank)ing won Game 7 in OT!!

Also I think they said Jeff Carter was 5-0 in game 7s prior to last night. Awesome to hand him his first L

I find it funny people even are talking about the helmet thing.

1. Don't try to throw Laf into the net away from the puck. Do stupid poop win stupid prizes.

2. Your helmet is at your feet, instead of whining to the ref, pick it up and put it on your head. Not our fault you are a moron and don't know the rule.

That's what we said last night. He never had to leave the ice, he could have put the helmet back on

The fact though they are acting like Laf just skated up to him and pulled his helmet off. Hes pushing Laf into the net, its (frank)ing hockey, its a physical game. Was Laf just supposed to let him push him down onto the net?

Yes, Laf should have let him interfere with him and should have just let him push him down onto the ice and into the net. Its (frank)ing hockey. Go watch badminton if you do want to see people battling in a playoff game. The whining about anything physical in hockey now is so tedious

This is why my belief is Jones should be in the lineup. And I know he has no experience, but he moves the puck quick and is fast. At least play him game one and see how he does. They need a different element back there.

I’ll take a lack of experience over a lack of speed with Braun.

Just push someone off the damn puck, especially in front the net. He reminds me of the blond dman from Slap Shot right now

Exactly. The Kakko goal could have went either way. The goal last night, same thing. Thems the breaks. (frank)ing whining about a helmet coming off when two players are battling. Get the (frank) outta here with that poop.
