Why do you think the Rangers will beat Carolina?

IMO Carolina is a team that is built to getting a lead and then shutting down the other team. Boston's biggest problem with Carolina is they got outscored bigtime in the first 40 minutes of each loss in the series. However, when the Bruins were tied or ahead after 40 minutes, they won each game. I think the Rangers are a better offensive team than Boston is and will do better in the first 40 minutes of games, and thus I think they will beat Carolina.

I think the Rangers beat Carolina, Tampa beats Florida. In the west its going to be really close in both series.

Tampa stole the series from Toronto, they had no business winning that series. Toronto controlled the play for most the series. Tampa looks gassed, combine that with Point who looked like tore something in his leg they way it bent in Game 7, I would expect is done for playoffs and Kucherov who seems like hes playing through something.

Tampa is not likely to win the series.

Rangers struggled to beat a Pens team using a 3rd string Goalie. Neither the Pens or Rangers are contenders. Canes should be able to win the series as long as Raanta is healthy or they get Andersen back

Calgary has multiple players I’d be happy to have on my team. A healthy Monahan would be great. I’d even take Lucic because I do like the snarl and he only has one season left. Tkachuk and Goudreau go without saying.

They also have Mangiapane to sign, 2.4 now and had a real good season. I would love the Flyers to sign a players like that, fast and skilled. I am sure it is possible, but that will be 3 long term, expensive contracts they will hand out.
