No rescuing needed, you can smoke just about anything for 3 hours and it will be fine if you're at a temperature of 215, Whole chicken takes 3 hours, ribs will need another hour, so you wrap them for the last hour. Providing you keep your temperature around boiling point.
- bobbyisno1

For ribs, everything I've read says that for beginners, do the 3-2-1.

3 hours smoking, and you may want to spritz.

Then wrap and do 2 more hours.

Then unwrap, smother in sauce, and do another hour.

I'm hoping I can do this Saturday, as I won't have any hockey to watch.

I do 3 hours then 1 hour wrapped and then I grill and baste.
You have to have the temperature just above boiling.

Boy oh boy, that Dozzer is taking it today.

I'm cool with both. I think the ban was too much for that type of banter but I don't think he banned Fakesy bc of the 'fan' poop. Looks like he did it bc of the tone he was pushing.

I like Fakesy but I tease him occasionally for his glass half empty approach.

Instead of banning him I would have altered his avatar to Eeyore.

Hopefully Fakesy's got an alt.

He was pointing out that someone with authority was taking liberties on him that wouldn't be acceptable if the roles were reversed. The problem is that respectfully pointing out inappropriate conduct or what amounts to be abuse of power is able to be silenced.

I'm not allowed to stay up for the late games.

Although sometimes I'll listen to the games on my transistor radio under the covers.

Tired of CC and the boomers non-stop trying to make this facebook because all of their family are tired of listening to them drone on and on and on.

This is completely unfair.

It's not non-stop, because C.C. needs a nap every day.

you still can get a DUI while riding your bike.
- dmnted

Nope, you can be very visibly destroyed off your ass on pints and get waved over by a cop for running a red, and you will not get charged for the drinky drinky.

You can definitely get a ticket for running the red which is the same as if you did it in your car, and if you subsequently neglect to pay that ticket, you can also have your driver's license suspended and by the time you pay the fine for that you are out three hundred bucks.

A guy was telling me.

I used to listen to Jays games on an old 8track player that had a radio built in, that I found in the trash

So do the Hart Trophy votes get cast at the end of the regular season or at some point during/post playoffs?

Seniors often have to go to bed before 10pm, they just can't handle staying late anymore.

Remember those little fold-up schedules you would get for the Jays and Leafs, and you'd eagerly get them to see what games were and were not televised?

Yeah, kind of a dumb question now that I think about it as it's more than just 3 guys who have votes cast for them. They just announce the Top 3 to drum up some interest before the Awards show.
