I just bought a pellet smoker.

So far, I've only done steaks, burgers, vegetables.

I think I'll do ribs next, and then try for a brisket.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I read a fascinating article on why the Russian army had such problems with their advance into Ukraine - apparently they didn't maintain the tires on their vehicles, which caused them to shred.

Apparently all the corruption siphoned money away from regular maintenance.

i read the same one, i believe it was a united states military logistics officer who said that vehicles in outdoor storage need to be rotated regularly to make sure that tires don't remain exposed to direct sunlight for too long, which would cause them to dry out and weaken

Meat will take smoke up to 3 hours, then you wrap and keep in all the succulent juices.

No rescuing needed, you can smoke just about anything for 3 hours and it will be fine if you're at a temperature of 215, Whole chicken takes 3 hours, ribs will need another hour, so you wrap them for the last hour. Providing you keep your temperature around boiling point.
