The crack head that stole my wallet 2 weeks ago tried to reactivate the Amex after I reported it stolen. The crack head claimed I had found it but Amex were unable to verify my identity obviously as they had no idea what the answers to my security questions were. So Amex cancelled both the stolen cars and the replacement card they mailed to me before I even received it. Amex allowed me to activate the card today over the phone. Told me I was good to go. Then the card declined transactions. I just got off the phone with them and they first explained there was a mistake then changed their story to they had no choice.......... When I said my phone didn't (frank)ing ring I was the bumhole. |
