Well, in fairness, he likely has a lot more knowledge than most people about things that will could make a player successful at the NHL level, but that does not make him the best at it either.

Then again, there are always players that slip through to later rounds that become stars or impact players, so all those scouts and GMs also (frank)ed up those days too.

I will take Button over some of these guys, mostly because I do not find him as annoying as some other talking heads.
