Some drunk idiots were banging the glass in the penalty box then the glass fell on the league employee (older man) in the box.

yeah I just saw what happened, wtf... you were talking about a lawsuit Garfield, I guess he would sue either the team or whatever entity is responsible for making sure the glass is properly installed and that everything is secure..? since it's a league official he'll probably be very well compensated

I get what you're saying about the fans but I wouldn't blame them, unless they were specifically punching and kicking the glass very aggressively with the sole intention of making it fall, which I doubt is what happened.
