Jim Montgomery's name seems to keep popping up too, but I'll admit to not knowing much about him. Chucky has to get it right this time or he will surely be out on his ass......maybe.

This is Fletcher's last shot at hiring a HC. If he screws this one up, his GM career is over. I can't think of a GM getting a 3rd chance to be a GM without a Stanley Cup on his resume. I would not expect a HC hire till after the lottery.

If you all want to see a textbook example of how to kill a penalty, just watch the Hurricanes in action. They are completely stifling the Bruins, to a point where the Bruins can't even get the puck in the Carolina zone and sustain any pressure. I hope the Flyers are watching how to properly kill a penalty in this series.

No KD wasn’t. I probably only recognize a few. No retreads, which made the article interesting. The guy that coached Sweden to a s#it load of medals caught my eye. Probably to out of the box for some.

In the end Carolina IMO is not as good as Colorado, Tampa or Florida, that is what I said exactly! That however doesn't imply in any way that Carolina is not a good team, and clearly they are one of the best defensive teams in the league. So stop trying to throw past posts in my face by taking them out of context!
