No lol.

Geno - RW half wall
Sid - Down low
Letang - Up high
Guentzel - bumper/net front
Rust - LW half wall

Alternatively, you can do
Geno - RW half wall
Sid - Down low/RW roamer
Letang - up high
Guentzel - Bumper
Carter - Net front

I think the second one is an option if the first one gets too pass happy, but I still want the most creative players on the ice so I still lean to the first one.

I only said considered it...and really, my thinking that basically steams from how he scored in OT the other night ahahah

Big body, excellent hands, smart and wouldn't be getting caught at blueline for short handed attempts against. He's slower now.

Maybe a bad idea...but horrible?...come on mannnn

- MattStrat

You don’t take your only legit one timer threat and put them net front. That’s wild.

Probably the smallest sample size reaction and recency bias you could have haha

YEARS of Geno being a beast on the LW half wall and after 1 OT winner you want him at net front? lol come on mannnnnnnnnn

I'm curious to see where they slot Zucker. Personally I'd rather they keep him on the RW next to Geno than Kapanen.

But my guess is we will see Zucker-Geno-Kap

Should the Pens be considering Geno for net front on the PP? I think they should be...
- MattStrat

Yes. And they should name Domingue their undisputed starter for the remainder of the playoffs.

American Hero. He's definitely missed on that PP.

Heinen has played well there. Maybe they'll try to ease Zuck back in on Craters line. Add some speed there.

Weren't the Pens one of the least penalized teams this year?
- j.boyd919

That was until Cooper threw a temper tantrum, gornthrown out of the game and cries about it after the game. Then ee started to get BS calls against us for a while...

I wonder what Trocheck is going to want? He'd look great in a Pens jersey.
- madmike71

More than the Canes can afford. We're basically in "Trocheck or Nino?" mode and Trocheck is going to be easier to replace.

I can see it.

Detroit going to take a big step forward next season, especially with how poopty most of the west is still going to be.

In the 5 following games they had:
vs. Car: 3 minor penalties (one was too many men on the ice) 1 fighting major
vs. FLA: 2 minor penalties
vs. VGK: 3 minor penalties (1 was offsetting roughing penalties with Friedman/Carrier)
vs. CAR: 1 minor penalty
vs. NSH: 6 minor penalties (1 offset slashing with Jake/Ekholm)

Next few games they had like 2-3 penalties per game. Maybe they were ticky tacky calls, but they were still not penalized nearly as much as the other teams. Nashville game they got poop pumped was the only game they had more penalties htna the other team and NSH had 5 penalties of their own.

Haha I’m just talking poop. Rust is from Detroit and Trocheck was there from like age 13-20.

So the game is only on TNT tonight? The team we were suppose to play canceled, trying to figure out how to watch the pens game.

Also I’d take Rust off the power play and put Matheson at the point play geno in the slot. Matheson can catch Krieder.

How is the West being poopty gonna help Detroit take a big step forward next year when they play more games against the East?

I think if you wanted Matheson up top, you can replace Letang in Rust's spot to still have that RH shot. Malkin still stays on the RW half wall.

Beaulieu has been activated of LTIR. I wouldn't be shocked to see him or Friedman draw in tonight in place of Pettersson.

Take rust off the pp and put him on pk. More than one of Carter, boyle, and dumo are way too old and slow to be out there in any form.
