i know there is a rule to review a 5 minute penalty to see if it is 5 or 2 minutes...that makes sense

but no ref called a penalty on the play...so they saw a guy bleeding and decided to review it? and then they still give him 2 after reviewing it

jesus christ, what a debacle. TNT saying they didnt understand what was going on..

Linesman called it, but is only allowed to call a major in that situation. It can be reviewed and either upheld or reduced to a minor, but not nullified. Even if it’s found that there’s no infraction, it’s gotta be a minor.
