I don't think he's the answer. Maybe some time with Shaw will help. But he can move up and down the pairings without hurting them, plus plays both sides. Nothing wrong with some flexibility. Gives options to make some moves within the group.

Have to start somewhere. The TDL isn’t when teams retool. Big offseason is to come lets see what gives then.

Dermott looked good again

Solid pick up and in the summer when you are trying to acquire a player that can make a difference and find yourself 1.5 mil short of cap space you can reflect back . Also when someone posts a gif of Rathbone being the only prospect in the cupboards for Alvi you can look back again.

It is always good to have an abundance of players that couldn't crack a top tens team. You can never have too many bottom players so we can draft 15 th OA again next year.

I will repeat again we are now 3 W 4 L since getting Dermott and 7 points out of a playoff spot.

I’m cheering for the Preds & Stars to keep Vegas outta the PO’s.

I hope so for those terrible gold helmets alone. God they are unwatchable.

Canucks are 3-4-3 in their last 10, apparently 3-4 since TDL, so that means the 3 games before tdl, were losses. 0-3 before TDL.

So, just before deadline 0% winning percentage, after deadline 44% winning percentage. Sounds like an improvement to me.

It is always fun cherry-picking numbers, reminds me of when I took a few analytic courses almost 40 years ago.

Imagine them in the playoffs against each other wearing those things? It would be like watching an episode of Battlestar Galactica.

I'll be reflecting on the Holtby buyout and Halak bonus structure far before anything else.

Holtby is having a much better year this year seeing he doesn't have 8 bottom pairing D .

Amazing how players turn around once they get away from this team. Then again most teams don't have a top pairing of Myers Dermott

Amazing how an entire team turned around with different Coaching. We're
undefeated with Myers and Dermott as our top pairing btw. 😁

Richardson with a goal and an assist in 6 games as a Canuck. Scoring at a rate of a point every 3rd game is impressive for a 4th line guy.

👍

A friend of mine, a Leafs fan knows I am a big Tanev fan, says I should really like Dermott then.
He was pissed that they got rid of him.

Good win by Dermott and Co

Nice to see some actual production out of the 4th line, unlike the guy we shipped off who hasn't put a point up yet for the Rags

You fans must know the word on the street, ear to the ground, beat reporters, TSN, Georgia Straight, shine head. Trainers ?

Whats the lowdown on Sutter ? Good to go, or just sit on LTIR and collect his money ?

Or still farming ?

Discuss amongst yourselves
