100%. I also think they need to change a face or two in the top 6. I know I’m not shocking anyone when I say I’m not as impressed as everyone else in these games that mean nothing but a bunch of guys playing to not be traded. That’s reality imo

I remember there was a Blues fan who came on here, trying every which way to trade Tarasenko to the Isles. But then there was an Isles fan who was an expert on shoulder injuries who warned us they never heal, so we should avoid Tarasenko like the plague. I don't think the guy posts here any more.

No... I do not agree with it. Smith knew Casey was bearing down on him. I believe Smith is more at fault than Casey. As he makes his turn he lowers his head. He puts himself in a dangerous position.

The hit was from the side not on the numbers. point of contact were the mid point of both bodies. Casey glided the last 15 ft. He did not drive himself into Smith. There was no upper ward thrusting into Smith.

Player safety states that he could of reduced the force of the hit. Other than stopping or turning away? How does he achieve this?

I have watched the angles, in real time and slow motion. It is unfortunate that Smith hit his head but in no way do I find this check illegal.

The boys looked lost last night at times in their own. Hutton is clearly not a futures option. Game is to fast for him.

I was thinking more about the start of the season. Correct me if I am wrong but did Pageau have hand or wrist surgery at the end of the season? The reason is it would be almost 9 months later and he is probably starting to get the strength back.

I believe this team was more banged up in the beginning than Management let on. Add in the the road trip and covid. I do not know if any team could rebound from those obstacle.

Think about it, if the Isles play half as good in the beginning. No doubt they would be in the show. Would they have gotten to the semis or the final. I do not know.
