Yes, agreed too far but that's hind sight in most cases. Chaos in a scrum... multiple people coming at you. High emotions and adrenaline... you pay the price for that reaction after but in the moment, you are not rational.

Been there many times. I've even dropped friendlies in brawls. The drummer from Pennywise got it right on the button from me in a fight at the Hungry Elephant.
