I wanted Tkachuk firstly. If we were going for a D then I wanted Sergie but my first choice was MT .

I think people thinking a whole lot of change is coming is a lot of wishful hoping. Abbottsford made a NCAA signing today selecting an underwhelming player with very average stats. So far the biggest move the Chipmunks have made is signing the East Indian kid from Surrey.

You need to find a partner to give up all kinds of assets for Miller or any player and so far no one has stepped up. I can see Miller still a Canuck next year so until it happens it is just a whole bunch of hoping.

Also Canucks used close to 8 mil in LTIR this year and still had Lammy Highmore and Motte. I think next year will be Lammy Lockwood and another no name . Any GM not using the LTIR loophole is already behind.

The cap is going up one mil and the GMs discussed it at their meetings and said yes there is a loophole and no they don't want to change it.

Hopefully we see some diverse moves this summer now that Beta Bo is pulling the injury card. Probably wants the summer off lol.
