2C’s that have different skill sets is a good thing. Petey has to take his game to the next level.

The job is getting the cap allocation in a better place. JD & Poolman specifically are cap clogs. If can jettison them be ideal or at least they play up to their contracts. JD hasn’t quite fit in but he hasn’t played under BB yet. Poolman skews the cap for a 2.5m 3rd pairing.

I don’t have the answers other than more speed upfront with some more snarl that aren’t devoid of offence. Don’t see how that can happen without trading picks so hoping JR & PA can find another way.

Tbh Idk the Canucks next moves but do hope to see JR & PA put their stamp on the roster. Won’t be easy what was left to them but certain something will happen. Can’t wait for the action. Just luv the anticipation lol

Really what’s wrong with a speedy feisty player? Size is overrated if it cannot be an everyday player that contributes. There are plenty a big players that turned into nothing.

Chiasson Petan are nothing special. Rather see a call up that earned it instead of vet plugs.

If prospects that develop don’t get auditioned never know what we have & if resigning them is worthwhile. In the case of Lockwood he had to overcome an early shoulder injury at Michigan.
