There’s still over a month to play (last game is April 29th), he’s already skating again, and Dubas has openly admitted they want him in games before the playoffs so he doesn’t plan on using the cap space he needs for him.

Unless Mrazek gets claimed in the next 5 and half hours don’t expect the leafs to do anything. Maybe something really minor but I even have doubts about that. With Blackwell being part of the Giordano trade the leafs will be able to have a lineup with Simmonds as the 13th forward (once Kase is good to go), their D has solid depth even without Muzzin being healthy yet, and they’ve picked up the guy who hopefully becomes their new backup at 2pm (Sateri).

Ugh, I dont believe much will be done with the Leafs today, I was expecting a D move and possibly a bottom 6 guy, both occurred yesterday.
If Sateri is claimed they may have to overpay for another meh goalie, but if he's not it should be quiet.
But Im not sure I want Sateri as our back up just yet. Shallwin should be giving another shot first.

3,375,000 cap hit they need to fit in unless it's pro-rate till the end of the year.
