You could have some trouble getting the loss tonight. The Wild have given up the most goals in the league since Feb. 14(4.75 G/GM) and Talbot has an .863 save % in that time and Kaukonen is at .887%. Neither can stop a balloon right now. Hart has been solid throughout. The Wild special teams are a mess. Balance that with the Wild are good 5x5 and have beaten the teams they should. We’ll see.

Is their GAA that much worse than Edmonton who came into Philly giving up 17 goals in the previous 4 games? Koskinen got his first shutout in 2 years.

How do you figure? Fletcher last season was 2018. Since then the only player drafted thats on the roster is Boldy. There hasnt been enough time for a lot of these picks to mature yet.

Projections. The picks project to be better than the past picks.

By the way, what are your plans tomorrow?

Bill Meltzer: Scouts listed to attend last night’s Philadelphia Flyers and Edmonton Oilers include the Tampa Bay Lightning (2), Boston Bruins, Seattle Kraken, Dallas Stars, Anaheim Ducks, Colorado Avalanche, Minnesota Wild, St. Louis Blues (GM Doug Armstrong), Nashville Predators, Detroit Red Wings, New York Rangers, Ottawa Senators, Los Angeles Kings and New Jersey Devils.

Have to get Ratcliffe who might have a future out of the lineup in place of Willman who has zero future. Flyers logic.

I’ve seen about enough of Mayhew too. At 29 he’s not really going to help this franchise much. I’d personally sell high on him at the deadline and gladly take mid round pick. I’m almost certain Chuck will sign him for like 3 more years tho. Ugh

I just wish I could see some exciting hockey again. This flyers team this year can't even put an exciting team on the ice.
Right now they are showcasing any potential trade chips that they have and it's only costing the future and youth of this team some good NHL experience on a lost season.
I have no gold words for this franchise from top to bottom right now

I would be very very very very happy if it's true will accept a trade to the LA Kings!!
We can pry a couple of top top prospects out of that farm system and LA would not miss a beat

Make it happen, Roo! Follow the footsteps of Richards and Carter and go to LA

Kings definitely have some nice forward prospects. Not sure if a rental will get you any of them though.

I wasnt comparing Minnesota to Flyers. I was comparing Guerin's Wild to Fletcher's wild
- xShoot4WarAmpsx

Got it. Would you prefer Fletcher or Guerin as GM?
Ive had my fill of Chuckles “ bias for action” non action.

I like the way this Wild team plays.

That might be the first time I’ve ever said that about the Wild
