yup, trying to precisely calculate whether it was more the chest area or the head that was hit is dumb, the hit can be dangerous, period. not saying players with a concussion history should be treated differently but maybe that should be considered as well... the league still has some improvements to do in that regard, not sure how long it's supposed to take but they're sure taking their sweet (frank)ing time.
