Was working in a data closet this morning and noticed a mid-span power injector that powers VoIP phones was down, so I replaced it. Now, I expected a ticket or two to be submitted before I replaced it. I was not prepared for this:

reported no network connection on 2 VOIP phones and 2 PCs
Per caller, he rebooted pcs, verified network cable connections as well as reset one of VOIP phones by unplugging and re-connecting network cables; got same results

Left VM for customer. Please provide the jack the phone is plugged into.
