It happens due to the drop in pressure. Same would happen when I left water bottles in my car in not as cold temps. Crack it open and it turns to slush or sometimes a rock. Sometimes it just needed a swirl and it would immediately freeze up.

Fox's nonchalant stick skills are unmatched so I'd say no. Makar is solid defensively but his highlights are typically on the "O" side. Both are scary gifted for sure.
