Jack Edwards (frank)ing sucks there I said it. He can't keep up pace when calling the game nevermind the fact that since 2006 he hasn't learned a single. (frank)ing. thing. about Hockey.

How does the dude even have a (frank)ing job?

It's amazing. If I was that consistently poor at my job I would've been fired long ago.

Too many dudes jerking jack Edwards off to realize where the problem lies. Have fun enjoying a very unfun first round exit on the status quo

Don't see how Jack Edwards has anything to do with me saying that the east has 8 good teams....

The Bruins are one of those good teams.

You guys obviously wouldn't be a fan of his since he is a massive homer but that also doesn't mean he is bad at his job. I would absolutely love to watch you guys try to call a game.

AND BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE!

At the end of the day I'm not the GM or President or owner. I see systemic issues that have been going on for a while but not everyone sees that. Which is perfectly fine. Not gonna stop my sarcasm though

Edwards is so bad, I would rather watch a Habs broadcast in french and not understand a word than listen to him call a game.

Mike Milbury is a better commentator than Jack Edwards.

He is actually is very bad at his job. Which is to call the game. He is constantly behind the play, cannot keep up with the flow of play, constantly goes off on tangents that have nothing to do with game and has actual brain freezes where he has to reset multiple times a period.

Are those good enough reasons for you? Also. No I won't try and call a (frank)ing game. Because (frank) off that's why. He's brutal to listen to because he doesn't even meet the minimum requirements of the job. So really him and I would be the same.

Also before your predictable and lame rebuddle... Dave Goucher was and still is the guy I would like.

So go ahead please tell me why Jack is a better choice than Dave or me 60 beers in for that matter. Just look at the progression of Brickely's gin blossoms over the years. If had sit next to that C.H.U.D. 82 games a year I would be a crack head never mind drinking more than the average amount.

Oh man, it's such a shame they let him go to Vegas instead of offering him the NESN job. Top notch work. The new guy is fine, but definitely miss Dave when they replay his cup calls in the intro.

Judd is pretty good. Goucher is one of best to listen too. You can envision what's happening on the ice without actually seeing it when listening to him. He was/is also entertaining.

It's also fine if the local guy is a bit of homer. Rick Jeanneret is a guy I would point to. Biggest Sabre fan in the world but he is also great at the job. It's actually the one thing I like about Jack. If you cut him open he bleeds black and gold. But listening to him is like watching a pirated movie or TV show where the audio .5 seconds off from the video. I struggle with it.
