As opposed to what we have currently gone through? Come on... be honest. Youve been watching for years. Its essentially been 20 years of offensive mediocrity. Momentary flashes of brilliance brought on by a lot of pieces coming together(think the crazy PP at times through the years). I can name on one hand players who were "difference makers" up front. I would kill for some major ones. Its not like we haven't been losing the other way. If we are gonna lose, at least put the puck in the net. For the love of god put the puck in the net... You forget I've bEEn a Florida Man for many years. So despite the wacked-up conservative nature of the state and its laws preventing it, there's always some kind of daily public "nudity" encounter 10-months out of the year especially when you go to any big-box store, convenience store, or fast-food restaurant (sadly the no-shirt rules are not enforced enough... at least some need to wear a man'ssiere/bro, even if it's mainly for the back support).

oh don't get me wrong, I'm glad Hughes has mentioned he wants to emphasize on offense, you can't win games if you don't score goals, and seeing a 50 goal scorer wearing a habs jersey would be pretty damn refreshing. that being said I simply don't consider becoming a team like the oilers would be a "step forward".

But it was when I was a young college kid at my apartment complex and some guy ran out of his unit buck naked, screaming, and then beating up a bimmer with bat. We thought it was either drugs or an argument with his SO, but it turned-out he just had a mental break-down and had to be baker-acted, even though it turned -out to be his own car.
