I just hope Dubas feels he has repaid whatever debt he thought he owed Clifford. Man is Clifford slow, I mean Chara moves like Makar compared to Clifford.

I think some of Keefe’s comments about soft play the other night was referring to Clifford and Simmonds

We dressed both heavyweights and Reaves ran around uncontested

Know your role!

I can handle a cold toilet seat. I can't stand doing it without a bidet these days though.

One thing about Mexico is we didn't have a bidet down there, so went through like 4 rolls of TP a day to make sure I didn't have dirty swass.

Simmonds has easily pulled his weight, Clifford was never a really good player, he's not NHL caliber by any stretch. Wonder honestly if Dubas has called up Lou yet. Mayfield isn't great, but he's big and can hit and has a decent shot. Chara is going to be traded - in a limited role, he could help the Leafs. He can still beat the (frank) out of any player in the NHL. 8 - 12 minutes at minimum wage.

Until the last game, the 4th line has been pretty bad. Simmonds and Spezza have not been good

I disagree.

Chariot looked great against the Leafs and the rest of the playoffs last playoffs...Holl has never reached that level of play.

12 points each, seeing limited action, hard to imagine many teams with better fourth liners. Tampa, Colorado and Canes - maybe. Both veterans that really want to play for the Leafs - former high picks with skill. Can't compare Clifford to those two if that's what you are doing.

Should have said lately. Spezza has looked pretty lost since break. They were ok last game and yes, Clifford was worse.

The Reaves line killed them.

Not enough mental scar tissue on them. They'll be out in the first round.

I do enjoy your confidence! Not looking forward to facing anyone in the Atlantic at this point. Feels like a coin flip for anyone.

Disagree, Leafs are 7-2-1 in the last 10 games. The Leafs outplayed the Rangers, Campbell had a terrible game including letting in the second goal by Reaves which was a terrible goal. It's alright to question goaltending once in a while. Shesterkin 38 shots against, .921 SV%, Cambell 26 shots against .808 SV %. Spezza is about 54% on faceoffs this season. Put a plug like Clifford on his line, you can't expect much success.

He looks fine.

He’s being played in the top pair and isn’t a top pair defensemen

Plus the Habs suck

I'm pretty lukewarm on Joe's music, he's a talented gentleman but it's not really my bag

Man I can watch videos of him talk about vintage gear all day long though

I love Spezza this season but he hasn’t looked good lately with and with our Clifford. Last game was better so maybe just a lull. Campbell didn’t have anything to do with Soezz’s play.

Pretty much. Could be some classic matchups. All 8 teams in the East will be hard outs.

I wish they'd put Willy back with AM and put MM and JT together again. I like a those combos.

I’ve watched my neighbours shovel their driveway 3 times since 2pm.

Call me crazy but why do you not wait for it to stop snowing and do it once?

Good exercise.
Plus no tire tracks over snow
