Funny thing about it...I have a couple of areas on my hands that look like scars because of it... Right at the bottom of each middle finger.

So if people ask, I say (totally deadpan), that growing up in Montreal, they used to stick simple "No parking" flags on snow piles that were to be removed. I tell em when I was 8, I was waiting for the school bus, and decided to lob one of these across the street, but accidentally hit a car. I tell em it was a recently released violent criminal, who cuts off my middle fingers to teach me a lesson. I tell em the snow was the only reason they were able to reattach the fingers...
