We need a 1C (or 1 of the kids to develop into one)
A lockdown type RD
Another solid RD
And a legit goalie partner for UPL
The just gotta let all that young talent keep developing
We could have something here
I like the building blocks we seem to have in place - jdfitz77
I am not so much worried about where the individual pieces fit. For all we know we are going to have a kid or two develop into the 1c. I think the real change is when we start swapping in kids in place of the crap on the 3rd and 4th lines.
I think we're set up to have waves of prospects coming, as we should have had all along. There still a ton of talent that we haven't even seen either here or in Roch. I

Its “on ice” shooting %. Which means when he’s on the ice the Sabres are shooting 17%.
The average is 8-9%.
It’s gonna regress - sbroads24
I did not know that. I thought it was the individual player's stat. You're literally the 1st person ive heard explain that. Did everyone else know?
Edit: when we always talked about Miro Satan's shooting % i thought we were talking about Miro Satan's shooting % |

It’s a different stat than individual shooting %
Basically it can be an indicator of puck luck
The only way to sustain a # like that would be if his linemates were McDavid and Matthews |

With that in mind, I took a look at the shooting percentage of the top 50 point scorers in the NHL right now. While I did not do the math, just a rundown of the list shows the average of the top 50 point scorers is way higher than 8%. More like 14% |

My parley got busted early yesterday. No money on anything now.
Maybe thinking of taking a prop or two on Steph Diggs. He's been sneaky quiet the last little bit. Maybe time for him to pop. |

So Tuch is shooting 17% and the team is as well when he's on the ice? |

he, skimmer and his tallness are all shooting well...and what's cool about it is that teams focus on those players individually and as a line...and they're still getting it done |

His career s% is 10.4. Seems like pretty fair baseline for him.

Yeah, I would say so. Let's hope the jersey he loves and the 1st line minutes in Buffalo improves him to say 12% long term. That's a 65 - 70 point, 200-foot badass. |

yes
brady has 2 guys to throw to
easy win for the rams if staff keeps turnovers down
aikers is the wildcard not fournette |

I don't see it as something to really focus on. 8% is a bad year, 12% is a good year. He brings a lot more to the ice than his shot. The kind of player we've been missing for a long time. He's a real handful with Tage, who is also turning into a physically imposing player. |
