They should do that every night to save their fans the agony of watching them lose

Not an overreaction at all ...

You know what's really nauseating? The people who come on a chat room where people are discussing a team and go bananas when they read the discussion. "OH MY GOD JUST FIRE EVERYONE ... PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING!!" That's a bit nauseating.

What do you think you will read here every day? .. everyone just praising every player, coach and GM on a team that is one loss away from Dead last in the league?

Fans vent, criticize, and complain on message boards about their team. You might want to grasp understand that.... it doesn't mean they think the sky is falling.. it means they are fans. you can agree or disagree with someone's take. To just call an entire fan base "predictable and nauseating" b/c they are having a discussion is .. well Nauseating.

That’s true I should have Just said the doom and gloomer’s on here, Reddit and Twitter and not chastised the whole fan base, you’re right, thanks.

As far as grasping what’s said here, I’m still trying to grasp that the Islanders would have won the Stanley Cup if Wahlstrom would have played. That’s one of my favorites. Almost as good as Barry isn’t playing Pulock ( who’s ready to go )because he doesn’t want to sit Chara or Salo. Now thats nauseating

Yes of course me thinking Beau is overrated by fans on here means I hate trotz and lameriello and want them fired. Also, I just don’t like Beau because we lost the last game and I blame him for it. In fact I blame Beauvillier for all of the teams losses this season. I mean obviously that’s what I’m saying. This thread my god, I’m literally one of the only people saying I’m keeping the faith for this team making the playoffs yet I’m “jumping off the ledge”.

I mean, there's irrefutable evidence of your wife playing "Pin the blame on the Beau" with you just the other day:

Not sure how you could say that's not what you're doing here

Though defeat to Chelsea. Conte’s first loss. I didn’t watch. How did they play?

Haha I don’t hate him. I wish he were more consistent, but I wish a lot of our players were. He’s a slow starter. A month or two back they highlighted Beau’s scoring in a pregame segment and the vast majority of his scoring came in the second half of the season over his career. I get how you could be frustrated with him. But I think you can pretty much find fault in everyone on this teams game.

Define consistency. Are you talking about goal production? Point production? He's 24 and been in the league for 5 years (this being year 6). He averages 17-18 goals per season (17.4 to be exact
- Isleshockeyman[regular season only]). I'm just trying to figure out what it is that people are now hating about him. What part of his game is now infuriating you guys.

This site cracks me up (not your response but the ensuing conversations). Everything is so extreme one way or the other. I think both can be true to say that Beauvilier is a very useful and talented player on a team that lacks forward talent. I would say he lacks consistency from game to game (that's what I meant, not season to season). Beau can go on streak and score 5 goals in 7 games and then disappear for 25 games. I think, given his role and talent we all hoped he would take the next step and bud into say a 25 plus goal guy, but I just don't see that happening at this point. It doesn't mean I think we should trade him for a stick of gum either. My point was more, since he does carry value, is 24 and was a former first round pick, he is definitely a guy I would have considered including in a deal for say Tarasenko at the time.

I can't believe you want to fire Lou and Trotz then do a complete rebuild!

Due to the Philly blackout on DirectV, I'm relegated to Internet TV...meaning you all knew about that goal loooooong before I did

Gotcha. If that’s what you’re using for inconsistent, then I get that. And yeah, if they trade him, so be it.

Already shuffling lines tonight. I don’t understand the blender after 10 mins of play. No consistency on top lines.
