I don't know about the rest but I'm a big fan of pairing PB with other foods, particularly meat. But I would maybe only do it on the cheaper cuts of beef. Steak? Probably not. I'm happy with sauteed onions and some seasoning (no marination really necessary for most situations). But hells yeah on burgers (and a lot of other sandwiches)!
