wondering if boyle broke his hand or injured his shoulder in that last fight...like I said, he isnt the best fighter or enforcer but will stick up for guys and can hold his own in a fight...we will need someone else like that in the playoffs especially if boyle is injured now.

Jarry told them all "have a fun day off, have a coupla beers" as he accepted the warrior helmet in the the locker room post game yesterday. This is a true a story.

Yeah gotta have a guy that’s good at getting punched in the head. Really sends the other team a message. |

I havent seen him lose too many fights this year, not that he really won many either. once again, if he can play hockey at a modest level and be a decent enough fighter then I am good with that. he is a serviceable 4th liner at the very least.

rags put out an offer for chyurchrin(sp?)...potentially kratsov a prospect and a 1st round pick...thoughts?
Id take him for zucker or kap, POJ, and a first but doubt that gets it done. |

We don't have a single blue chip prospect that gives us a competitive advantage. No one is taking Zucker back in a deal like this either. We don't stand a chance. |

yea agreed on zucker he really isn't worth much (probably negative value at this point) with his injury history. so maybe KAP, POJ/poulin/legare, and a first.
that probably still doesn't get it done and probably not worth it from our stand point either. hes a fairly inexpensive premium d man, hes just been stuck on a poopty team his entire career.

Chychrun is so (frank)ing overrated. Also love seeing this rangers “rebuilt the right way” timeline unfold. |

I think Chychrun is pretty legit. I don't know if I think he's a bonafide #1, but dude is a really good offensive dman on a great contract and I think the contract is part of what makes him such a steal.
It's hard to argue with the Rangers rebuild. When you look at all the organizations that have handled things so poorly, rebuilding the wrong way (EDM), not rebuilding soon enough, etc... I'd say they did a pretty solid job. I don't think they're a legit contender yet, but they're not far off. |

Hes a #1 dman at 23 on a horrendous team. not many players could be successful in that role. im not saying hes this amazing future HOF'er, but I think he will have a good career. unless he stays on arizona hahaha

It doesn't get it done because none of those prospects have big time value. Arizona is asking a ton for him. We also already have 3 left D on 4+ million dollar deals so one of them would have to be moved too. It's just not an area of big enough need to spend that kind of futures. |

It’s easy to argue with the rangers rebuild lmao. All they did was spend a ton of money on panarin and Trouba. Get lucky on two lottos and get lucky that wussy Adam fox only wanted to play there. They won’t be a contender with their current core. |

agreed, itd be a nice addition but we have other needs. he wouldn't get much PP time with us anyway besides the 2nd unit at best. |
