I don't think a back up goalie and a depth forward are going to break the bank. We can discuss both options with the emphasis on a back up being more important lol

I don't know. When you look at what goalies would be a true upgrade, there aren't many, so they'll probably cost more than normal.

I made a short rib ragu a few weekends back that was perfectly cooked, but the recipe tasted too much like beef stew. I'll be making some adjustments. I love a bolognese though.

I think it called for too much beef stock compared to the tomato sauce. It was a recipe from a family friend, but I need to adjust it more to my taste. Every dago family has a different recipe.

Yeah, you really don’t want to use more than one cup of broth per can of tomatoes. I know some recipes call for two cups, but I think that’s too much.
