I think the manner in which they have been losing is the big reason he is getting frustrated.

They have blown leads in the 3rd over and over again.

Losing in any fashion takes a toll, there is no such thing as a perfect loss.

From McDavid, to Toronto fans, to the abyss that was Florida, to the laughing stock of the Pegulas, losing is losing and athletes who dedicate there lives to competition do not want to endure managements plan of long term losing.

Next year, there should be a bunch of kids up here full time. They're going to need vets like Tuch to show them the way. I think that he's going to embrace that.

A developmental year doesn't mean a tank year like this one is though.

Might consist of more losing than winning because of development but not because they're playing ECHL goalies, and AHL lifers in their lineup

I would teach TEAM Toughness were all players will stick up for ALL the mates.. From Day one I would preach Team Toughness. Getting punched in the face only hurts for a bit but the respect you get from your teammates will last forever. These guys have to want to run through a wall for each other on every night. I think Tuch is the guy to lead that charge....

Getting punched in the face only hurts for a bit but the respect you get from your teammates will last forever. These guys have to want to run through a wall for each other on every night.
