Cozens has 20 points in 38 games. He quietly gets points and could get 50 if he has a good second half. Doesn't seem like he is playing that well offensively. |

nice cull...he's been inconsistent, which is typical for a 20 yr. old, especially on a bottom-five team...
but he's got a lot going for him fundamentally |

49ers are definitely the team I fear most at this point IF we get past the Chiefs.
I'm predicting the Bills O will make the Chiefs D look bad again today.
The 49ers can run the ball all day from multiple alignments and they get tremendous pressure on the QB rushing only 4. That is a tough matchup for us, I think.
In retrospect it's surprising we didn't get a Bills/49ers Super Bowl in the Kelly era. I think we are heading there for Super Bowl 56 |

nice article...
am liking this quote: "Private jets are unable to burn 100% sustainable fuels, which are normally made from biofuels. However, manufacturers, such as Boom Supersonic and Rolls Royce, are developing jet engines to burn 100% sustainable fuels"
and this from energy.gov:
"Sustainable Aviation Fuel is a biofuel used to power aircraft that has similar properties to conventional jet fuel but with a smaller carbon footprint. Depending on the feedstock and technologies used to produce it, SAF can reduce life cycle GHG emissions dramatically compared to conventional jet fuel. Some emerging SAF pathways even have a net-negative GHG footprint.
An estimated 1 billion dry tons of biomass can be collected sustainably each year in the United States, enough to produce 50–60 billion gallons of low-carbon biofuels. These resources include:
Corn grain
Oil seeds
Algae
Other fats, oils, and greases
Agricultural residues
Forestry residues
Wood mill waste
Municipal solid waste streams
Wet wastes (manures, wastewater treatment sludge)
Dedicated energy crops.
This vast resource contains enough feedstock to meet the projected fuel demand of the U.S. aviation industry, additional volumes of drop-in low carbon fuels for use in other modes of transportation, and produce high-value bioproducts and renewable chemicals.
https://www.energy.gov/ee...ustainable-aviation-fuels
and that's where i leave this |

I would still use some of that investment money to invest in an apartment and work a part time job if needed
a man is suppose to go out, kill it and drag it to his home to take care of his family
maybe it is the way I was raised - homiedclown
I owned my 1st home at age 22, rented the 1st year as I was getting married th
e next year.
I lived with Mom & Dad to save money. But paid them rent of $250 /month back in 1981.
Times are a different, even as short as 2 years ago, and swings widely by locale.
I'm in FL too, moved here 4-1/2 years ago...paid $410k for 3 Bedrm, 3 Bath w/ Pool & Screened Lanai, 2,450 SqFt. Before covid (Dec 2019), it was appraised at $495k (2 -1/2 years in).
Now, 2 houses next to me sold ... 6 weeks apart for $735k. Both w/o a pool nor lanai, and 200 SqFt smaller with a bad floor plan too boot...
Been told by 2 different realtors my house could go for $825 - $850k.
It is a much different world today. |

yeah...i caught friday night's game...peterka stood out, followed by weissbach and fitzgerald as well as cincinnati goalie robson, who looked strong from positioning to movement in the crease...
cleveland isn't all that good but they check hard and make life very difficult...the amerks worked through it on friday and like i mentioned to b-36, they'll be in real good shape for the playoffs once they get talent back |

Why jump in the game, when you had nothing to do with it - Buff36
Because it is a public forum...and it was complete lunacy. |
