This is in a scuzzy area in London. My buddy used to live near here and everyone’s basement would flood every spring when the snow melted.

Check out this listing

500k for the same house you posted.

As I said, buying a house in our version of Crackton is $5-600 k

Have to put 20% down for a mortgage here in Canada.

He has 6 figures invested -some obviously for his kid and education-

Most if not all people his age do this. It’s the only way to get ahead. Sure, you could try to me mr macho and rent a shack and live in a crime area. But why do it if you don’t HAVE to?

- Da_Cashman

So you are saying people who bought a house for under 200k recently most live in a cracktown, that's bullsh!t. And the statement about education had nothing to do with him saving for his kid, it was about debt my son would have at 26 because of school, so Pegs most have some debt left from schooling that he is paying. Most people of his Age live with there in-laws until there 26-27-28yrs old. Well then the younger Generation is getting of easy.

Man sitting out on the back porch watching the dog run around like a maniac with the snow falling. Having a nice cup of Joe wishing I was getting ready to go tailgate. 6:30 can't come quick enough.

Right, again, you ignore the part where a few weeks ago he decided to attack my wife completely out of nowhere.

Stop. I already messaged an Admin about you.

I told you my name in a DM. You came and dropped it on an anonymous blog. I don't care what you do to get me banned, you cannot expose someone's personal information on here.

Is a nick name that you disclosed to someone else voluntarily, is that really private information?
I'm not buying it.

Wow, interesting backreading.

I'm stunned that folks in Buffalo have zero knowledge about the real estate market in Canada, then have the balls to tell the Canadians they are wrong and bring up Buffalo area real estate listings to "prove" it.
Holy poop, can't make that up.

I'm really stunned that someone would suggest that a suitable apartment would cost $1,000 in another market because that is what they are paying in their market. Like, for example some one kn Dunkirk or Jamestown telling folks in California to rent a place for $1,000 is suitable.
Holy screwball loose.

Then someone threatening legal action about disclosing "personal information" they voluntarily posted on a public forum...and doubling down about a nickname being personal information.
Holy looney tunes!

And the topper, grown men of 50+ telling a 26 yo how to do things like they did 25 years ago when the market has changed significantly the last 2 - 3 years.
Shaking my head at the lunacy of it all

Those were two good games to watch yesterday if you had no skin in the outcomes.
Defenses came to play in the 1st game.
I got pretty stoned for the GB game at halftime, so I was watching with 1 eye, but it seemed to be a good contest back and forth...GB' D made some plays for sure.

Wish I had seen the Sabres game.

I would still use some of that investment money to invest in an apartment and work a part time job if needed

a man is suppose to go out, kill it and drag it to his home to take care of his family

Yep, I totally forgot about it too. Spent the game in a bubble bath smoking weed and listening to audiobook. 1pm start for a hockey game is sneaky.

it started with the great jeff skinner debate then devolved from there despite skimmer, his tallness and the rook who'll never live up to the eichel deal, getting two goals each, in a 6-2 blowout of the fly-boys...it was the first time the sabres scored six goals in a game this season and the win puts them on a pace for 66 points this season, right around the 65 or so points some here (
