Or Pitt.
Or even Miami with all their draft capital
GB still has to agree to trade him |

He’s still under contract with GB though i believe
So it’ll be interesting to see who goes after him
Pittsburgh?
Seattle is they trade Wilson?
Miami?
Carolina?
Giants? |

Supposedly they did when he agreed to come back n play this season
Pretty sure Schefter reported that part of the agreement was that GB would trade or release him after this season if Rodgers still wanted to go |

Does Rodgers have any kind of NTC that can essentially give him a day in where he gets traded?
Anyone have that info? |

I can’t see them trading him within conference but if they would the Eagles have the ammo. |

He literally said he'd own 8 houses if they were $165K - Wetbandit1
Ya you buy one and leverage it to buy the second and so on. Best friend did that and has five houses that he rents out for 2k a month. Wish I did that but I bought an expensive house.
A single bedroom in a house rents for $900 and a house goes for 2k+.
I get what Pegs is saying because I know what houses costed 10 and 5 years ago. Houses in Tin Pan Alley go for $350 that used to be $85 and that’s where all the crack hos hang out.
Foreign investment by Chinese “investors” has ruined it for everyone. Buy houses and rent them out. Then the Toronto crowd started doing it and now houses get 90 offers and sell for 1-2 hundred k over asking.
Nothing wrong with waiting it out, especially if you are a savvy investor and work on Bay St in TO.
I wish I saved my $$$ instead of passing it away. I sold my first house in London for 209 back in 2014 and the one beside it went for close to 6 last week. 1950s 3 br 1 bath 1000 sq ft house.
Plus, where his gf lives, those houses would have been 200 a few years ago and now go for 6. Not an upscale neighborhood by any stretch. Nice but not mc mansions.
Difference is that my wife wasn’t allowed to live with me before we got married and we waited to have kids til after we got married when I was 27. I can’t imagine having a knocked up fiancé and living in the same house as my future in-laws. Lol.
They thought we were virgins after dating for 11 years. Lol.
But nowadays it’s common bc house prices are f-ing crazy.
To say that he is waiting for the in-laws to kick the bucket is insane and is a whole other kind of mental fuxkitude.
And I’m. It bragging it’s just that maybe Americans don’t get what it’s like around here for houses. And I fully admit that we got luck as hell to buy when we did.
Where I live, the big builder keeps putting up houses. You put $100 k down and you get your new house in 1 yr- if they don’t jack the price up on you bc building supplies etc. but there are buses of Toronto people coming down to St. Thomas and buying up entire streets of houses to turn into rentals. And we are 2.5 hrs away from Toronto. |

Why do you have to put all of it down on a down payment. And I don't know how your Parents did it, but as soon as I found out I was going to be a Father I started a College fund for my kids so he shouldn't have to much of a problem. Plus he worked his A$$ off to get some pretty good Scholarships. And to tell you the truth I would tell him to buy a fixer upper for his first house and fix it up. Most people sell there first house to move into a bigger house as there family grows. - Buff36
As I said, buying a house in our version of Crackton is $5-600 k
Have to put 20% down for a mortgage here in Canada.
He has 6 figures invested -some obviously for his kid and education-
Most if not all people his age do this. It’s the only way to get ahead. Sure, you could try to me mr macho and rent a shack and live in a crime area. But why do it if you don’t HAVE to?

Conversation dropped HOURS ago but DA_CASHMAN had to speak his piece like any of us gave a (frank) what he had to say on the subject.
When I come on here talking poop about someone's wife, I expect them to tell me what a pile of crap I am.
If you don't see the issue with it, you are a misogynist, plain and simple.
Stop fighting Pegulaville's fight. Half a dozen people came in here today to tell him what a douchebag he is. The same people who get constantly roasted on here are the only people defending him.
I rest my case. - BeadyEyedDouche
Wtf are u taking about. I’m trying to tell you Pegs can’t just go and buy a starter home. He’s living in a starte home now and it’s over 600 k! Our version of Crackton starts at 460 and you have crack whoores blowing people in your car if you forget to lock it.
And wtf did he say about your wife? I read every comment on here and the only time someone said anything about a wife was Gerbe about akaisers a few years ago. Big (frank)ing deal. Does your wife read hockey buzz with you? Does she get off on the page 10 big boob bicycle girl or the hookers and blow comments? (frank)sakes bro!

is that in the toronto metropolitan area? - Michael Pachla
No man, I’m talking London and St. Thomas. 2 and 2.5 hours away. My fiend who owns a concrete factory bought his house for 900k 4br 4 bath 2 story for 2 years ago. To build the same house now is 1.5 million.
Just check out MLS for Dorchester, London, St. Thomas Ontario.
My sister in law bought a town house for 750 k and there were 90 bids. And it ain’t a nice place let me tell you.
Toronto people are leaving in droves and telecommuting. Sell you 850 sq ft box in TO or anywhere near there within 1 he drive and you get close to 2 million bucks.
Move here, buy a house for 900 k and you can live easy.
Again, not trying to brag, but I bought my house for less than 4 8 yrs ago. To Build it now is 950 and you get a drive way big enough to park 2 cars in and no back yard. |

This is in a scuzzy area in London. My buddy used to live near here and everyone’s basement would flood every spring when the snow melted.
