No, I’m staying with my in-laws because there won’t be a time again in the short future where I’ll have a possibility to have this much money in the markets.

Because I want to make some life changing money to support my spouse and my soon to be new born instead of having that money tied up via down payment in housing that is at bubble like levels not seen before, or wasting it on rent.

I’m playing the long game here.

We are a sneeze and a fart away from a recession here. It’s a matter of time.

Good luck with the little one, start stocking up for the baby know, cause that's gonna be another investment.

I mean the 9 million dollar winger might get over 20 goals for the first time in 3 years.

How exciting.

Nope, but Tuch was a solid player buried on a stacked Vegas team and Krebs was a much better prospect than people gave him credit for.

We’ll see what they do with that first rounder but anytime you trade an elite talent like Jack you lose the trade

- Pegullaville

Yeah because 80 point oft injured players dont just grow on trees. We fleeced them six ways from Sunday.

I’d own 8 houses by now if I could pay $165K for a house.

Stay in your own lane 😂😂😂😂

- Pegullaville

Bro, you don't even have one, and you're female dogging about $750K for a house when 8*165K is 1,320,000.

You can't math in addition to using metaphors.

That was a great play by #37 to slow Chase down.

If Krebs and Tuch combine for more points than Eichel next year it should keep things somewhat quiet on that front

I would rather have an apartment and bang away at night then live with my in laws for a few years

if that mean a 15 hour a week part time job, so be it

my two cents, as I thought it was going to be 10 pages of sports talk but was not

49ers winning at GB seems like a long shot to me
I do think they could keep it close though

the cb on chase, fulton, played high school and college with chase so they practiced on each other for years

plus burrows threw on that matchup in practice for years at lsu

I expect chase to pull a few tricks later in the game on his old friend

Dude. Nieces. With no children of our own, my wife and I go to a lot of our nieces events (or did pre covid). Gymnastics is the worst. You sit for two and a half hours to see your niece stand in line for 90 minutes and have maybe 20 minutes of activity.

I will say the orchestra and chorus at Heim Elementary are well worth those Getzville taxes. Impressive.

I know. I already called out on it. The long game is waiting for her dad to die.

You attack people's occupations. You attack people's wives. You attack their wages. You attack their finances. Yet you can never actually go right for the throat and attack any of us because you've proven time and time again, you're not the better man.

Lord knows I've butt-heads with more than a few on here. But even after all of the back and forth between me and homie or me and 36, you know what? I still respect those guys because they are CONSISTENT. They stand their ground and they make their points. We've all said stupid things and crossed a line.

You take it beyond just bickering on the internet. You go out of your way to try and prove what a successful and enviable person you are and you always go for the lowest hanging fruit at the most opportune time.

Yes. An opportunist plays the long game. A Leopard might get a solid meal every day, but he does it jumping down from a tree on an un-suspecting victim.

A Cheetah runs at it's prey head-on. It might not always pay off, but when you actually WORK for something, it makes you better.

- BeadyEyedDouche

You brought up my personal life and caused the last 5 pages over a debate over Jeff Skinners contract. Look in the mirror dude.

You complain about Fitz starting things and becoming the victim, yet here you are.

You notice how I don’t post during the week as I am working 70 hours at an investment firm ? Yeah cause I don’t work hard ?

Once the baby comes I’m done on this site regardless so I could really care less about your baseless assumptions.
