that said, dallas is a very good team and we all knew (or should have known) that the sabres would struggle with playoff-caliber, or even playoff bubble-worthy, teams...

Away form the tire fire that has been Chicago, he fits the age of the long term plan, his value is still higher than everyone I named from the Sabres IMO. Would be interesting to see how Dach would compete against Tage Tallness for 1C.

If Adams could get his hands on Dach it would be worth it IMO.

Edit: While Buffalos ownership is a joke as well, I think he'll fit better here than in Chicago.
