With not from… while I generally stay away from this talk, that is a very important distinction that has been glossed over by to many people making irresponsible comments.

He has had multiple serous health issues over the past few years that were well documented.

He had Covid when he died…. It did not kill him

- dozerD10

And what exactly is your source on this?

His health issues for the past few years were back operations.

CNN reports that the cause of death was not disclosed.

But according to TMZ (yeah, I know):

The singer's manager, Michael Greene, confirmed Meat Loaf died Thursday night. Sources with knowledge tell TMZ ... he was supposed to attend a business dinner earlier this week for a show he's working on -- "I'd Do Anything for Love" -- but the dinner was canceled because he became seriously ill with COVID. Sources tell us that condition quickly became critical.

I don’t buy anything that TMZ has to say when they’re the only ones saying it. “Our sources” is their only reference. Wouldn’t be shocked if their just doing it to get multiple people opening and referencing their article.

I worked on a project with a head coach in the off-season, looking at commonalities between successful playoff teams. There's a particular neutral zone sequence that jumped out, all recent successful teams fared well in. Good news for Panthers fans - FLA is 1st in it this year.

Mike Kelly
@MikeKellyNHL
It's not a Holy Grail, there's no such thing but the exercise reinforced both our beliefs of how important the neural zone is and how to control it as best as possible. Contrast, EDM currently 25th in what we measured. Will update & maybe put something out on it before playoffs.

interesting, and im curious where the Leafs rank in this ..."neutral zone sequence"

also, could be the Oilers are dying from a bad neutral zone play and not with

I know next to nothing about TMZ, so feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but isn't their reputation basically that they are completely trashy, will publish anything without regards for the people they are reporting on, but 99% of the time their stuff is accurate?

It could be part of it, the biggest weakness is Koskinen. His .895 SV% actually is flattering, he's well below that over the past 23 games. He allows several first goals and many first shot goals which is one of the best ways to demoralize your team. Holland should have been fired before, but the team needs to light a fire under his ass to get a goalie now.

i think because they went up 3-1 in 4 games...and let the team come back to tie it.
although, iirc they are 2-1-1 in those games

Campbell has slide back down to normal'ish and below...had a few stinkers

Depends on who makes the argument for them. “It is known for featuring celebrity gossip” is a big reason I question them if other news media isn’t saying the same thing.

https://adfontesmedia.com...tmz-bias-and-reliability/

By far and away more reliable news sources such as CNN, People, BBC, and New York Post for instance have flat out said the cause of death has not been released

No surprise he scored two though, after all , he's averaged about 7 goals every 100 or so games he plays during his career.

If he played against the Leafs every game, he'd easily have 200 goals

I feel the best format would be to evaluate them in stretches of 7 games from now on.
