That was a very impressive come from behind win against a very good Leafs team. Want to talk about amazing in game adjustment by Gallant that was picture perfect. They were playing to passive in the neutral zone and we’re getting caught in odd man rushes. In a game where I thought Bread 🍞 was turnover machine and that line wasn’t very good every other line stepped up. Thought Laf was very noticeable at times and obviously the 4th line which was a difference maker. Let’s keep it rolling. We got a big important stretch here!
Now go get JT Miller back here. - Awolff9
They were very weak on the puck, sleepy and slow the first period, really into the second period. The second Reaves goal turned the game around imo. What a win that was. That 3rd period may have the best of the season, then they got a little content at the end. How they handle these kind of games is so amazingly different under Gallant. He’s a great coach and we got very lucky to get him imo.
I do worry that Kakko and Laf are just a step slow sometimes it seems like. Like they can’t keep up with the pace. Those two are the only concerns I really have about this team. If they could ever just get going a a little more consistently, the league better be scurrrd
I hadn’t realized Chytil had a little streak (4 game pt) going. Unlike the other two, he seems to be able to at least keep up with the pace of the game to be able make plays and get consistent chances. I thought he was pretty good tonight |

The Avalanche - Duck game rolled on, and Vinnie Lettieri was on the Duck Powerplay
Wow - ELew11
Watching it too. Every time I see Zegras play I get a little jealous. No doubt he’s looking like he shoulda gone #1 or #2 that draft. |

Face off win by Zib, goal by kreider. Defensive zone face off win by Zib, ENG by Fox. Look at Zib face off win percentage for the game. |

Reloaded is actually the second one. My wife hasn't seen the trilogy so we're watching it to prepare for the 4th movie (Resurrections). |

Problem is the second line bleeds shots against like crazy. |

For the last few games Zib has been really good on draws, I hope it keeps going

Sorry, thought it was the new movie.
Liked the premise, thought they could have done much better.
Key is, start the game then turn it off after they go down a goal.
Thanks. |

Don't bother. We expected so much more.
Premise was good, pretty big letdown after the hype and the story wasn't great.
Of course you'll watch it, you have to. It's The Matrix. |

Just quietly flag any offensive comment he makes. That's what I do. |

Granted a lot of those games are against the lower guys, at the end of the day you still gotta win games... and most importantly to not play down to your competition. - aecliptic
Just like to point out that if we are in first everyone is lower.

beat Edmonton 4-1 and held McDavid pointless
beat Toronto 6-3 and held Matthews to 1 assist
tomorrow is biggest test of season

Kakko back to that line is the first part of the fix I think
Edit: just flip Fil and Kakko - easy peasy |
