Lilljgren on the second pairing is ridiculous if the goal is to actually improve the d group for a long playoff run, imo. I like him, but he's bottom pairing at best right now. Ceiling will get higher eventually. - fifty__missions
I'm seeing
Sandin = Liljigren
Sandin a little faster on the pass/outlet, Lilji a little faster on the feet and better shot.
That being said, Liljigren has looked pretty damn good this year. A bit more experience and I think his pre-mono draft status will start to show. |

Steak with a Muskoka Cream Ale. Proudly! - fifty__missions
Yeah that Muskoka is good. I wish they kept the birch bark design though, that was iconic |

Happy with both.
Sandin to me is the better player. I don’t think Liljegren does anything better than Sandin. Keefe’s keeping the leash short with Rasmus. He benched him after he laid out Dadonov.

We talked about steaks for a couple of pages, and then shifted to beer.
Shouldn't we be talking wine pairings?

If the Leafs are serious about upgrading the D, they are going to have to give to get. What that means is that one of Sandin or Lilljgren is more than likely in that deal. |

Why trade a prospect who only has potential rather than someone whose potential we’ve developed to the point where we know they’re NHL capable and seem to have a lot of upside?
We know Lilli and Sandin are good and going to get better. It better be a hell of an incoming |

I like how the media feel entitled to some perfect answer to help them out. Player gave an answer. Who cares if he's pissy? Never had a bad day? - Aaron_85
Not to mention the team sucks and it isn’t drisaitl fault. These guys are competitive and hate losing. What’s he looking for? Drasaitl to throw someone under the bus? |

- Arctic_AARDVARK
The oilers need much more than a coaching change. They need an entire new front office, GM, coach, everything. They need a tear down and rebuild both on the ice and off the ice. |

Every year, I'm tempted to get a coal BBQ.
I think I'll just get a cheap one, and see if I actually like it.
I have a couple of friends who are elite members of the Green Egg cult (like, Tom Cruise-level). They keep nagging me to get one for the backyard.
BBQ needs replacing, but I think I'm going to go back to propane. We currently have natural gas, but the location isn't great. I like the idea of getting a propane one again, so I can move it around - put it next to the pizza oven when we are having people over in the summer, but move it to next to the doors for the winter.
So many tricky decisions - it's tough being a lame middle-aged guy. - Atomic Wedgie
I cancelled my six burner napoleon after 1 week with my XL BGE.
I’ll never go back. |
