If anyone thinks Sanheim is a good NHL defenseman they either don’t have eyes or are related to him |

Frost plays on a line that never has the puck. It's absurd that they bury this kid on the 4th line and expect him to do anything. He needs to play with good offensive players. - MJL
I can play hockey fairly well, I skate fairly well. When I'm in a men's league game, having a guy on your line that can't keep up (speed wise, hockey sense wise, etc), it's hard to generate anything.
Frost's linemates can barely string together two passes (neither can anyone else tho, lol) so of course hes going to look lost out there. Again, I'm not sure what kind of player he can be, but you're sure as hell never going to get a good look when he's playing these minutes with these players.

Farabee was right on the goal scorer. Sanheim had been the Flyers best defenseman going into the 3rd period. Rough so far in the 3rd.

That's archaic thinking. You need to put a young player in a position to succeed. He is an offensive skilled player. He needs to play with other offensive players. The Flyers specialize in ruining young players. - MJL
With that logic why not put Bunneman on the top line? Frost hasn’t shown much this year - no spark, no flashes of brilliance, not much of anything. But by all means, move him up in the lineup, he may in time prove that he deserves it. |

yeah it's another conspiracy by the Flyers to hold back another number one pick because it really couldn't be that maybe he hasn't earned the right to play with good players! No it's all because they just want to hold him back! They just don't want Frost to do well because after all this team doesn't really need a really good center do they? |

He has played with G, Farabee, come to think of it the Flyers really don't have a top line. Maybe Frost just isn't at the NHL level yet. Believe me, I don't like saying it...I want him to succeed, he should be elevating those around him not the other way around.

Hes barely on the ice enough to show anything. And when he is, he's playing with some of the biggest stiffs in the NHL.
I think it's pretty clear they have no real interest in trying to develop this kid's game. |

This is very obtuse thinking. I don't think he should be a top line player, and I'll bet that MJL feels the same way. The point is, we're never going to know one way or another if he keeps playing with the dregs of the league.
Top line? Nah, but I'd give him more PP looks, I'd bump him up to for a few games and see what he can do. |

Bunnaman is late draft pick grinder when if he is in the NHL belongs on the 4th line. Frost is a skill player and a player with the ability that made him a 1st round pick. |

I believe that putting him on a better line with more skilled players would be the best way to help him develop as a player. To help him get his game going. To play with the puck rather than just playing every shift pretty much without the puck. To give him a better chance and more opportunity to use his skill and the strengths of his game. |

True, but this year he hasn’t shown reason to get the ice time. When he was first brought up he wasn’t on the fourth. He’s played both center and wing on elevated lines and hasn’t been able to do much. He’s earned his spot on the fourth. |
