Sorry, but I’m not clicking on any links you post. Best case scenario it’s a phishing attempt that steals all my banking info, worst case it’s actually a country music video.

He is NOT a star chubs and I bet your house he is gone by the summer.

Maybe so…as long as it improves the team. I’m not attached to any one player, there are no generational talents within the organization.

Imo he has very little trade value. He becomes a negative asset once this season is over due to his QO. He must be dealt for a pic this deadline. He is not returning a good young dman. This fanbase is incredibly delusional. Not you Lefty, you fled Canada so you are one of the smart ones 👍🏻

Playoff update, it’s been a while.

To get to 95 pts Canucks need 58 more in 44 games.

25-11-8 or so. Though they seem to have trouble getting to OT, so maybe more like 27-13-4?

This is a .659 winning percentage, which translates to a 108 point full season.

Doable I guess

His QO is only a marginal raise on his current deal, it’s for 1 year, and they don’t even need to offer one if they can agree on a deal before that.

He can sign a deal with a cap hit lower than his QO

My guess is he signs a long-term deal around 6.5 mil

I wouldn’t call it a marginal raise. Regardless, he isnt worth it. So trade him or walk away in the summer. #assetmanagement

I’m not opposed to trading him, or signing him, or letting him walk. Lots of options, I’m sure Jim will do what’s right for the team long term.

Wow what an absolute crock of sh$t - the kid came in and put up 29 & 26 goals in his first two years - was almost paralyzed and had wrist issues - came back and still put up 45 in 57 and 49 in 56 while on a dogsh&t team with an incompetent coach, improved his 200 foot and playmaking game - all the while dealing with insane health issues within the family. kids a slug....

holy fawk the arrogance is fascinating from this "fan" base.

I understand becoming attached to players and not being objective. It’s a crisis among our fanbase

I'd say Boeser is one of the top 5 players actively available in the league atm. Maybe even top 3. Miller is by far the best potentially available right now. And if he is available, the best by far in the league.

I don't think Boesers as easily replaceable as most think, or you get into a robbing offence to play defence situation. I could give two fawks about player attachment - what I want to see is some patience in player development. the talk of Getting rid of guys like Demko, Hughes, Petey, Boeser, Hogs is absolutely mental - I wanna see what these guys can do when they actually come into their primes. Examples of this are guys like Horvat, Miller, Garland.

I don't think they're actually available bud - Id say at this point in the season - only 4-5 teams are wide open for business and we're not one of those teams - YET.
