I might be showing some symptoms of covid. Touch of throat soreness. I had been kicking up a lot of dust at my place because I'm in the midst of moving and thought that the reason but now I have a touch of dizziness. We'll see how I feel tomorrow but isolation starts now. Not a big difference in lifestyle to be honest.

In the past, flues and sometimes colds would kick in tonsillitis. It hits me hard. Even went to the hospital once over it as one ruptured. Some will remember pics I posted of the last time this happened 7 or more years ago. I haven't been sick since with anything. I've been much more carful than most going back years before the pandemic. Here's hoping I don't end up with a closed throat.

I read that sore throat is no longer considered a symptom to watch out for.

Some people I know that had Omicron said they had sore throats. I'm just going to be safe.

Ours started with a sore scratchy throat. It progressed quickly from there.

My friend had it New Years Day and said it was absolutely his worst symptom.

Just hunker down and good luck. My whole family got it, including my 5yr old who has only had one shot, and no one had bad symptoms. I lost my sense of taste and smell (completely lost; I was expecting it, but it was still unnerving) had a cough that has stuck around and fatigue. I’ve had colds that hit me a lot harder.

It was coming back before my quarantine was over, almost completely back now. I was pretty sketched out though. I’ve heard in some cases it could be gone for months, which obviously would not be ideal.

Also the timing for any return for Miller & to whom for what?

Traded to a top team any 1st will be a late pick or a mid pick at best. So getting a legit NHL player back even less likely from a PO team. So leaves it to a big package with younger key pieces.

- Nighthawk

Young Dman should be the starting point. If not, no need to trade him this year.

So Pouty gets away from Garland and scores two goals. Coincidence? I think not.

A friend of mine’s daughter just died last night 40 years old 2 weeks after the booster, just saying. she’s had health problems but nothing to serious to find her dead suddenly.

Yup. Saw it when I was 13 and thought it was great. Watched it again over Christmas and thought “WTF am I watching?”
