There was a bit of grabbing by Lilybust initially as they skated around the back of the net, but the full-on take down should've been a call, but they could've called Lilly for interference as well and I wouldn't have been upset with them both getting a minor.

Its hysterical that all the biggest leaf chirping fanbases are basement dwellers.

That should have been a call, for sure. That said, liljegren could have been called as well . His arm comes around and grabs the guy a couple of times. Not nearly as blatant but it does.

Matthews won't even make it to UFA. He will sign a monster extension 1 year before UFA. Toronto is bigger than any "Big" U.S market. It isn't Winnipeg LOL

There's been a switch lately to "New York" or 'LA". This is due to many realizing what Leaf fans said, Arizona lacks the $ to sign Matthews and to put a competitive team on the ice. And there's no arena now...

Oh yeah, it gets thrown around. Stuff like "the league will encourage it to savebthe franchise" and stuff like that. Sure, many chirpa are just "hes going to jump ship", but arizona getsvtossed iut there frequently. Maybe less so this year because theyre back to being the worst team in the league, but it atill does.

In fact, an article out of Arizona popped up in my news feed just a couple of days ago about him "coming home"....
