ugh, All-Bran... I'm guessing you mix it up with some fruit and whatnot? I don't get how people can actually eat just the cereal by itself, it looks like hamster food.
and yeah it's a lot of carbs but I think a lot of it is fiber, unlike other cereals such as Lucky Charms.

Get up in the afternoon and you'll never have to eat breakfast again, whether or not it's hamster food + burntasfukct coffee.
Also, plenty of other ways to get the proper amount of fiber

well when you think about it, what we all refer to as "breakfast" is just another social construct, you don't have to follow conventions and eat cereal/eggs/whatever is considered as regular breakfast morning food.
