ugh, All-Bran... I'm guessing you mix it up with some fruit and whatnot? I don't get how people can actually eat just the cereal by itself, it looks like hamster food.

and yeah it's a lot of carbs but I think a lot of it is fiber, unlike other cereals such as Lucky Charms.
